He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth S. Moorhead and Margaret Moorhead (Saholt); and his sister Jeannine Schendel (Merlin). He is survived by: his wife Lenora Kettwick; his children, Kirk, Laurie (Terry Jacobson), Kristin (Raghav Singh) and Anne (Ravi Menon); his grandchildren, Karissa (Sam Peterson), Chase Jacobson (Emi), Kira Jacobson, Karsten Singh and Hannah Singh; his great grandchildren, Sogn and Harrison Peterson; and his sister Diane (Gary Neumann). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be accepted.
