He was predeceased by: his father Richard Flodin; his stepfather Larry; and his brother-in-law Jack. He is survived by: his mother Maxine Van De Walker (Knowlton); his siblings, Kim Flodin (Kevin Ball), Kari Flodin (Jack Kulseth), Jennifer Gardner (Bill), Erin Beach (Van), Matthew Van De Walker and Skye Dunn (Thomas); his children, Nicholas Flodin (Alexandra May), Samantha Flodin and Olivia Flodin (Kurtis Randall); and his grandchildren, Eleanora Flodin and Everest Randall. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to Paws and Claws Humane Society and to Camp Companion in Rochester, MN, two animal rescue organizations Kris was passionate about.
