He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Meyer and Edwin Meyer; and his former wife Sherry. He is survived by: his wife Patti; his children, Michelle (Dave), John, Jennifer, Samantha (Ben) and Crystal (Tony); his stepson Matthew (Shari); his brother Harry; his brothers-in-law, Jim and Paul; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
Memorials are preferred to Seasons Hospice, Lewy Body Dementia Association, Mayo Clinic, or an animal shelter of your choice.
