It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia A. Cortelyou of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Dean and Mary Ellen Wilson Cortelyou; her brother Mitchell Cortelyou; and her nephew Anthony Cortelyou. She is survived by: her nieces, Lori Schultz (Jeremy) of Clive, IA and Jaime DeCrane of Stronghurst, IL; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colten, Paige DeCrane, Will and Anna Schultz; her sisters-in-law, Elaine Cortelyou of Stronghurst and Karen Henry of Stronghurst; and her goddaughter Erica Cain Schumacher. She is also survived by several cousins and many close friends.
A memorial fund has been established for Paws & Claws Humane Society.
