With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Espinda of Rochester, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Halvor Engrav and Erna Engrav; her siblings, Vernon, Marlin Engrav, Joy Smith and Eki; and her siblings-in-law, Moana Espinda and Walter Larsen.
She is survived by: her husband Herbie of Martin's Lutheran Church; her daughters, Leah Brandt (Doug), Teresa Gathje (Chris) and Andrea EspindaBanick (Tim); her grandchildren, Erik, Sarah, Nikela (Jessie), Brennan (Lindsey), Seth, Kainoa (Nikki), Kealie, Ka'iulani (Carter), McKinley (Andrew), Caden and Bennet; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Kassidy, Victoria, Beckett, Oliver, Benson and Colbie; and her siblings-in-law, Jamie (Susan), Kaleinani and Sydney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, their children.
