Marilyn Asfahl Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 28, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Marilyn Asfahl of Rochester, Minnesota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Marilyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marilyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Ludden and Elna Ludden (Cummings); her son Jeffrey Asfahl; her brother Robert Ludden; and her siblings-in-law, Kermit Dirks and Dottie Ludden.
She is survived by: her husband Albert R. "Smokey" Asfahl; her daughter Dee Ann Binder (Lon); and her sister Trudy Dirks. She is also survived by grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Volunteering was very important to her as she volunteered for organizations such as volunteer connection, Channel One, and American Cancer Society and Community Clothesline.
