He was predeceased by: his parents, Josie Kvittem (Helmin) and Jules Kvittem; his son Kyle; and his sister Sandy. He is survived by: his wife Diane Lynn Fasteen; his sons, Cameron (Yelena) of Albuquerque, NM and Cooper of Winona, MN; his siblings, Allen (Debra), Glenn (Deb), Earl (Deborah) and Diane Wassink (Bill); his brother-in-law Joe Neumann; and his aunt Sylvia Viken.
