She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Kaster and Donald Kaster; her son Jeffrey Devlin; and her brother Stephen Kaster. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff Kaster (Lynn) and Linda Schultz (Kevin); her son John Devlin (Kimberly) of Rochester; her grandchildren, Joey, Ben, Matthew and Jon Devlin; and her great grandchildren, Melody and Isla Devlin.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the River Park Reception Hall at Macken Funeral Home (1105 12th St SE, Rochester, MN 55904).
