He is survived by: his children, Meriah K Conn (Keith), Desiree K Pegram (Nick), Michaela D Dexter (Jared Cleveland) and Michael D Dexter Jr. (Morgan); his grandchildren, Jacob E Conn, Olivia R Conn, Tristyn L Pegram, Kylee K Pegram, Jaxyn E Pegram, Jack P Cleveland, Lily E Cleveland, Aspen G Dexter and Holland R Dexter; and his siblings, Vickie Koehnen, Jim'Butch'Dexter, MariJo Bell, Lisa Mongold, Colleen Oakley, Sean Dexter and Megan Dexter.
