She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Orth and Grace Orth (O'Neil); and her sisters, Mary M. Greene and Donna Streich. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" McNary of Rochester; her children, Bill McNary (Susan), Ann Mike (John), Sheila Hayes (Tom), Cathy Pletta (Ted), Patty Vavra (Jay), Maggie Corley (Tom) and Jim McNary (Tiffany); and her sister Marion Isaak. She is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.

Due to the pandemic, a Private Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the Co-Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist Catholic in Rochester, Minnesota.

Memorials are preferred to Mayo Clinic Alzheimer's Research or The Reading Center of Rochester.
