He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Lou Gonnella (Kelly); his parents, Arthur Gonnella and Aline Gonnella; and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Mary King (Brad), Mark Gonnella (Laura), Paul Gonnella (Nancy), Tom Gonnella (Chris), Deb Gonnella and Jim Gonnella (Sarah).
Over the years, he contributed his time and talents in service of his Pax Christi Catholic Church community, and at a local Catholic charity thrift store.
