Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Nou leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Sang; her husband Sam Ros; her daughter Noeum Sam; her son-in-law Richard; and her daughters, Samantha Keo and Tracy Koung Sam.
