She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Francis Breault and Virtle Breault (Winans); and her husband Jon C. Sivly. She is survived by: her children, John Sivly (Pam), SeAnn, Shawn (Julian Tenney) of Seattle and Shad; and her grandchildren, Camryn, Caitlyn, Mercy, Luna Sivly and Maddie Kropp.
