He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Macken and Janice Macken (Pinkham); his wife Sharon Kay Renaux; his siblings, Mick Macken and Susan Starkson; and his grandson Eddie Stanton.
He is survived by: his children, Patti Stanton (Edward) and Mark Macken (Carrie) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Jennifer Stanton (Will), Jordan Stanton (Amber) and Kelsey Macken; Alicia. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
