He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas Mullady III of Chattanooga, TN. and Nancy Mullady (Doudna) of Chattanooga, TN.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Mullady (Breazeale); his son Peter Todd Mullady, Jr.; his siblings, Tom Mullady Lynn (Cynthia), Lisa Smith (Dan) and Stephen Mullady; and his cousin Martha Hardcastle Guthrie. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
