It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip David Haukom of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Verlyn. He is survived by: his mother Ilene; and his sisters, Barb Bates of Little Falls, Liz Hauger (Warren) of Stewartville, Vicky Haukom of Pensacola and Missy Kostel (Darrick) of Rochester, Minnesota. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family for the purchase of a tree to be planted in his backyard, in the memory of his life.
