He is survived by: his wife Cindy McGovern; his children, Rachel Tacheny (Eric), Crystal Stephenson (Nate), Shauna Overton (Anthony) and Ralph Harris III (Tina); his sibling's children, Charia Underwood (Jason) and Christopher Fuller (Cindy Harris); and his grandchildren, Grant, Adeline, Charlotte, Theodore, Griffin, Tucker and Lettie.
