He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald W. Burt (Bud) and Oaka May L. Herman; his nephew Chris Burt; and his great-nephew Adam. He is survived by: his wife Jill E. Banick; his brothers, Robert, Danni and Donni; and his children, Amy, Aaron and Talyr. He is also survived by grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 830 Whitewater Ave, St Charles, MN 55972.
