He is survived by: his wife Sherry Kosis; his children, Madeline Kosis (Zach) of Moorhead, MN and Taylor of Rochester; and his siblings, Edward Kosis (Mary Lou) of Sewickley, PA, Don Kosis (Patricia) of Tempe, AZ and Patricia Whitehill (Gary).
