She was predeceased by: her stepfather James Phetteplace. She is survived by: her sons, Johnathen A. Ward and Ronald J. Ward; and her grandchildren, Haylie "Thane", Brandon, Melody, Serenity, Trinity, Jeffery, Stevie Lynn and Violet.
