Billy Kathy Foster Foster wrote a sympathy message

“I worked for Dick at Merit when the Shop was just a small building and we did our sheet metal in the basement. Dick was the best boss & friend any one could have asked for. I came from Arkansas/Missouri to Minnesota to marry my wife Kathy. I was looking for work when I saw Wayne Musel & climbed up on a roof to ask him where I could get a job. Wayne told me "if your up here your not afraid of heights, go see Dick." I was hired and he sent me out to roof with Jerry O. I could write a book. Billy F”
