He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Kalmes and Delphine Kalmes (Rivers); and his wife Marcia Rose Loecher. He is survived by: his sons, Bill Kalmes of Rochester and Jeff Kalmes (Jo) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Jacob Kalmes of Rochester and Jackie Lemke (Reece) of St. Charles; his siblings, Margaret Daley (Steve) of Lewiston, MN, Carolyn Kalmes of Winona, MN and Stephen Kalmes (Bonnie) of Rollingstone; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Gilson of Spicer, MN, Kevin Loecher (Maggie) of Rochester, Lin Rud of Rochester and Sandra Quintana (Al) of Thornton, CO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
