He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Carriveau; his children, William (Mary K.), Kenneth (Christine) and Jeanette Groth (Layne); his wife Lavonne Harper Campbell; his children, Marsha Greiner (Ron), Troy (Janice), Terry (Ashley), Marette Jorgenson (Jim), Chris (Dawn) and Aaron (Kristin); James Maki (Linda).
