He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lea Portillo (Farlow); and his children, Roger Portillo (Mike), Nancy Portillo, Eric Portillo, Tim Portillo (Tanna), Nicole Portillo (Levi), Cherish Portillo and Mike Hunt. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 3+ great grandchildren.
