Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Roger leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudie Skogen and Gertrude Skogen. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Mike; his granddaughters, Sarah and Morgan; his brother Gary; his sister-in-law Vickie; and his sibling's children, Paul, Chris and Jessie.
