He is survived by: his wife Paula Qualle; his children, Terry (Shannon), Tammy (Tony) and Bradley (Jessica); and his siblings, Carol Pavek (John), Lee Lapic (Rita), Nancy Fierst (Randy), Joyce Bell (Dick) and Judi Lepa (Rick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
