He is survived by: his wife Cindy of Rochester, MN; his daughters, Amber Stephan (Scott Tuohy) of Rochester, MN and Tahnee Stephan-Hoekstra (Jesse); his sister Sandra Seabright (Mark); and his grandchildren, Marlee, Briar and Norah Hoekstra.
