He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Billings, Carl Billings, Bob Billings, Paul Billings and Yvonne Billings; and his children, Carol Lewis of Mount Holly, Roy Billings II (Shelly) of Rapid City, Cindy Cooke (Greg) of Clarkdale and Bruce Billings (Bev) of Rochester, Minnesota. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
