He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hanenberger and Vella Hanenberger (Parker); his wife Elna Hanenberger; his daughter Cathy Carlson; and his siblings, Edith Schoenfelder, Lucille White, Raymond Hanenberger, Alvin Hanenberger and Edward Hanenberger.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Hanenberger and Dean Hanenberger; and his brother Walt Hanenberger. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.
