She was predeceased by: her father David Guthrie Gay of Madison; her brother Donald David Gay of Madison; and her husband Paul Edward Ibach. She is survived by: her mother Hilda Augusta (Bilke); her sibling-in-law Gene Bliss Gay; her children, Mark David Ibach of Downers Grove, Illinois, Drew Herbert Ibach (Elisabet) of Cochrane, Wisconsin, Paula Ibach Stoddard and Darcy Lynn Ibach (William L. Suhadolnik) of Glenview, Illinois.; and her grandsons, Christopher Paul Stoddard, Nicholas Scott Suhadolnik and Daniel Drew Suhadolnik.
Donations may be made in Ruth Ann Ibach's name to the Miller Art Museum at 107 South 4th Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235, or an organization Ruth Ann was passionate about and enjoyed greatly, P.E.O. Foundation, P.E.O. Executive Office, 3700 Grand Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa, to be used for the Joan Hislop Scholarship Fund.
