It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Mitchell (Rochester, Minnesota), born in La Crosse, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 16, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. “Waiting for an appointment on Oct. 1st, became the one time I would meet Sandra, except for a brief conversation on an elevator an hour later. Not until I became aware of her passing, did I realize she was the nice lady who I met that day. I know that Sandra will be someone who I will always remember, realizing that after my own loss in the past, I must again reach out for someone special. With so little time left on this Good Earth, Sandy made a difference in my life.”
