He is survived by: his parents, Janet Johnson and Larry Johnson; his brothers, Eric (Lisa) and Thad (Suzy); his nieces and nephews, Julia Gustafson (Ben), Allison (Brandon Caudill), Danielle, Mark and Seth; his aunts, Mary Alice Stewart, Shirley Lawrence and Lois Johnson; his uncle Richard Lawrence (Beverly); Adelin Gustafson.
