He is survived by: his wife Genell Giese; his sons, Kasey Cummings (Anessa), Patrick Cummings (Rebecca) and Samuel Cummings (Anna Button); his grandchildren, Emily, Katie, Anna, Peyton, Dax and Finley; and his sister Merry Dee Wachal.
