With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Vicky Soppa of Rochester, Minnesota, born in Mankato, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Long and Margaret Long. She is survived by: her husband Jim Edward Soppa; and her stepson Matt Soppa of Glendale. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
