With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victor Alan Ronken of Rochester, Minnesota, who passed away on March 29, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Ronken and Maxine Ronken; his brothers, Howard Ronken, James Ronken and Gary Ronken; his parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Sheehan; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Sheehan, Marie Sheehan and Craig Sheehan.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ronken; his children, Jessica Murphy, Kathryn Ronken and David Ronken; his grandson Quinn Murphy; his siblings, Emore Ronken (Bonnie), Sharon Jahn (Vernon), Evelyn Rios, Lois Petersen (Terry) and Betty Bowen (Perry); and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Ronken, Kathy Ronken, Kathleen Lambert (Peter), Eileen Hopke (Steve), Colleen Blocher (Del), Rick Sheehan (Beth), Pat Sheehan, Bill Sheehan (Mary) and Jerry Sheehan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

To honor Victor's wishes, his loved ones have ensured his legacy will live on through the generous donation of his brain to the Mayo Clinic Study of Aging. Victor's contribution will touch countless others by advancing the understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
