He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Victoria Holder and Jon (Lindsey); his daughter-in-law Jenny Bittner; his stepdaughter Michelle Ruehmann; and his daughter-in-law Bonnie Bittner. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
