With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne H. Bastian (Rochester, Minnesota), who passed away on January 10, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Bastian and Annie Bastian (Prinsen); and his sister Muriel Pooler. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ruesink; his children, Lynn Bastian (Kathy), Ron Bastian (Sandra) and Deb Fredericksen (Scott); his grandchildren, Nathan (Jenny), Joe (Nicole), Dan (Annie), Brent (Kara), Tommy (Jenn), Michael (Ellen), Zach (Stacy), Lisa (John), Christa and Jon; and his great grandchildren, Shay, Lylah, Owen, Max, Ava, Alexis, Ellie, Izzy, Mia, Mason, Harper, Derek, Lacy and Finley.
Memorials may be directed to Evangel United Methodist Church in Rochester or a charity of the donor's choosing.
