He was predeceased by: his wife Lois; and his son-in-law David Forland. He is survived by: his children, Sue Forland, Sandy Wolfgram (Brian), William Archer (Deb) and Mary Long (Richard). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
