He was predeceased by: his parents, William Johnke and Leola Johnke; his wife Lorraine Johnke; and his siblings, Terri Brownlow, Gerry Johnke and Sally Kratchmer.
He is survived by: his pet Bill; his daughters, Kristin Hofmeister (Mike) of Rochester and Tanya Hietpas (Paul) of St. Paul; and his grandchildren, Jamie and Jeremy Hofmeister. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
