He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ogilvie and Mavis Ogilvie (Christian); and his brothers, James and Darrell. He is survived by: his wife Annie Ogilvie; his sons, Jason Ogilvie (Jacque) and Justin Ogilvie; his grandchildren, Hailey of Jason and Jaron; his siblings, Thomas Ogilvie and Judy Ogilvie; and his pet Lexi.
