She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Christensen (Warnke) and Edward Christensen; and her husband Lyle "Mike" Madsen. She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas Christensen (Mickey) and Sheri Jones (Howard); her son Greg Madsen (Wendy Madsen); her stepgranddaughter Collen Green (Mike); her great grandchildren, Brianna and Natalie; her daughter Mara Madsen Smith; her son-in-law Christopher Smith; her grandsons, Dylan and Cameron Smith; her children, Mitchell Madsen (Amanda Hau), Mai and Melissa (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Eva, Owen and Isabella; and her sons, Ayden and Keathon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post 92 Auxiliary, or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
