She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Love and Florence Love; her husband Joe Bares; her sister Leighann Love; and her great grandchild Lillian Westphal.

She is survived by: her significant other Branson; her children, Donna Erickson (Tim), Jay Bares and Kathy Olerich (Adam); and her grandchildren, Jason Erickson (Keri), Heather Lawrence (Glenn), Josephine Erickson, Ryan Bares (Megan), Brandon Bares (Donna), Tyler Bares (Annamarie), Joseph Franks, Maria Franks and Melissa Franks.
