With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis Freytag of Rockford, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Phyllis left this world on July 6, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Channing and Florence Channing (Ziebell); her brother Dale Channing; her nephew Michael Channing; and her brother Mark Channing.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth Freytag-Wurzbacher; her grandsons, Nathan and Joshua; her brothers, Curtis Channing (Ruth Ann) and Andy Channing (Carol); her siblings' children, Lisa (Jake), Kristi (Joshua), Abel (Laura), Brad (Mina), Amanda (Bob), Morgan (Jake) and Brooke (Josh); her cousin Barbara Moen; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Scheister and Cougar; and her pet Rolex. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Am\ the Peterson Chapel, St. Michael (300 Main St N, St Michael, MN 55376). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Peterson Chapel, St. Michael/Albertville Funeral Home (300 Main St N, St Michael, MN 55376).
