With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Hartert of Rollingstone, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pletsch and Emma Pletsch (Hielscher); her husband Bob Hartert; and her siblings, Elaine Senst, Mike Pletsch, Arthur and James Pletsch.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hartert of Winona, Dan Hartert of Rollingstone, Carolyn Czaplewski (Dave) of Eagan, Joel Hartert (Jeanne) of Rollingstone, Mary Sue Goss (Karl) of Burnsville and Jodi Peshon (Terry) of Minneiska; her grandchildren, Aaron Henderson (Theresa), Chad Czaplewski (Brityn), Carly Czaplewski, Paige Gomez (Lorenzo), Alec Hartert, Zach Goss, Rachel Krusell (Ben) and Makenna Peshon; her great grandchildren, Abraham, Noah, Nathan, Brendan, Olivia, Luke, Mary, Elise, Lauren, Christian, Rita Henderson, Caden Czaplewski, Leo and Sloane Krusell; her sister Marlyn Lehnertz; and her brother-in-law Tom Hartert. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
