He is survived by: his father Kurtis Rusher; his sister Heidi (David Michels); his sibling's children, Mariah, Noah, Christian and Korben; his aunts, Linda Schutz (Rube), Jo French (Les), Deb Scadden (Rob) and Pam Goetz (Derald); and his uncle Tim Kollasch (Lori).
