He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; his daughter Linda; his parents, Lizzie Frosaker (Everson) and Asle Frosaker; and his siblings, Grace Bannon, Arlene Welborn, Selvis and Arnold Frosaker.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Frosaker (Jerry Heinz), Mike Frosaker (Jane) and Mark Frosaker (Leslie); his grandchildren, Rachel Sepe (Mike), Chris Frosaker (Bryna), Eric Johnson, Taylor, Kate Sander (Mike), Emily Nider (Anthony) and Amy Bales (Colin); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Gavin and Scarlett Sepe; his grandchildren, Carson, Kaden Sander and Lucy Nider; and his nephew Jerry Bannon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Roseau County 4-H, the Concordia Church Cemetery Fund, or Sanford Hospice House of Fargo.
