He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Mae and Roger Mickelson; his wife Lucille "Ceil" Mickelson (Ruppert); and his brother-in-law Gene Averill. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristin Davis (Andrew) and Sarah Cesar (Evan); his grandchildren, Kash, Kaden, Sam, Lucille, Kinsley and Charlotte; and his siblings, Becky Averill, Judy Bergs (Greg), Mike Mickelson, Kelly Villa, Paul Mickelson (Paula), AnnMarie Killian (Kenny) and Ruppert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
