She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Spencer and Alvina Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Todd Lowe; her children, Katie Jensen (Kevin), Richard Say (Mollie) and Evan Lowe (Nick); her grandchildren, RJ, Iszabelle and Braylon; her brother William Spencer (Bill); and her pets, Kya and Gus.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Celtic Junction Arts Center (836 Prior Ave N, St Paul, MN 55104).
