It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard A. Thurk of Rosemount, Minnesota, who passed away on August 18, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Thurk and Hattie Thurk (Weinzierl); his parents-in-law, Henry and Florence Louis; his siblings, Eileen (Leon Braun), Jeanne (Marvin Schultz), LaVern Willems and Kenneth Thurk; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Warren Flusemann and Tom Louis.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his children, Dan Thurk (Patricia), Jennifer Nasifoglu (Patrick Klinger) and Stephanie Haroldson (Shawn); his grandchildren, Kyle Thurk (Carolyn), Olivia Thurk, Jeremy Nasifoglu, Justin Nasifoglu (Sophie Smith), Paige, Emma and Abby Haroldson; his great grandchild Bennett Thurk; his siblings, Michael Thurk (Linda) and Connie Thurk; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Willems, Susan Thurk, Lowell and Charlotte Stahlke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Alzheimer's Research.
