He was predeceased by : his parents, John Jensen and Lois Jensen; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce and Stephen. He is survived by : his in-laws, Walter and Arlene; his wife Jackie; his children, Catherine, Julia (Rick) and John (Melissa); his grandchildren, Ricky, Emma and Eliza; and his siblings, Susan, Becky, Nate, Sarah and Bruce. He is also survived by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends, cousins, and neighbors.
